I'm still here

Despite popular belief, I wasn't killed in an unfortunate Pop Rocks incident. I just needed a little time to go to a worthless investment conference and refresh my blog thoughts. I have been busy these last couple of weeks. I have decided to try to extend my financial discipline into some fitness discipline. I have lost nearly 20 pounds over the last month. I figured that if I am going to preach discipline, then I need to start to examine all areas of my life. My monthly budget meetings have always taken a tremendous amount of discipline, but this fitness stuff takes the cake (except I can't eat the cake).

I am enjoying tracking my progress, just like I love tracking my financial progress. I'm not trying to be your third grade teacher here, but you can accomplish anything you want in life. I have tried to stop looking for the reason of why not, and start looking towards the future. Wow, you would think that I am in a Yoga pose burning incense, but I'm not.

I am starting an exciting accountability program in July for my clients. I hope you decide to join in. Think Oprah meets American Gladiators. Okay it will be nothing like that, but it will be fun. Start thinking about something you want to accomplish financially in 30 days. Let me know if you have any questions. Enjoy your weekend.
