It's Terrible Financial Decision Tuesday

In the spirit of Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Labor Day, I bring you Terrible Financial Decision Tuesday. You see, Martin Luther King was a great man that valued many sacred things. One of those things that he valued more than anything was education. So what do we do to honor him on MLK day? We keep our kids home from school. Labor Day is a day that is suppossed to honor our hard work. How do we do that? By not working, of course.

Therefore, I bring to you Terrible Financial Decision Tuesday. In honor of the terrible financial decisions that we usually make, please refrain from making any today. I know that there will be gushing news pieces about the terrible decisions we make as Americans, but please resist making any of those decisions today. Just sit back, relax, and don't ruin your financial life. It is the American way.

Oh, and get ready for "the Colts are 0-1 Thursday". They will celebrate by not losing.

****The picture above is of Rick Rubin and Neil Diamond in a recording session. There is a great article in the NY Times about Rick Rubin.
