What are you going to do today to better yourself financially? Hopefully something good. Sometimes "not going backwards" is as good as going forward.
If you don't have the ability to do something great today, then just avoid the dumb mistakes. Why eat an $11 lunch when a $5 lunch will do?
Heck, put a penny in your kid's piggy bank. That would be a good thing.
